It’s good to be back, my friends! What?! You didn’t notice I was gone? I had really gotten a strong following of, like, 5-10 people a day before my break, so maybe THEY noticed?
Anyways…. I’m drawing this one from the past when I had smaller children, although it still works for me. When my kids when smaller and I needed to cut tiny ham and cheese bites, I bought 2 or 3 pizza rollers and small cutting boards. It didn’t cost much, but it has saved me so much time and energy over the years. I always had one set clean even though I may use them several times a day for snacks.
Just the other day I sliced tiny (think dime-size pieces) pieces of string cheese, American cheese, ham and bread. Then I placed them on a plate with a glob of honey mustard. I placed a toothpick in the meat and voila! the kids new, favorite lunch: tiny sandwiches!
See, it STILL works for me!
